  1. Store Pickup Service
    Service Introduction:

    Pick-up service is available for any product purchased (free shipping).
    Order parcel arrival time: 3-5 working days (depending on the goods storage status).
    Self-pickup process: After the order parcel arrives at the selected store, customers will receive an email notification for pickup. Please pick up your order at the store with your email.

    Notes:
    a. Once the order pickup method is confirmed, no change in delivery method or change of pickup stores will be allowed.
    b. Colourmix will send you a "pickup notification" email, please pick up your order at the store within 7 days after receiving the email.
    c. Customer must provide the pickup email for confirmation when picking up at the store.
    d. If customer authorizes someone else to pick up the goods, the person who picks up the goods must provide a screenshot of the "pickup notice" email and the customer's recipient's phone number for verification before picking up the goods.
     
  2. Shipping Methods (for deliveries to Hong Kong)
    For orders in Hong Kong, we will use local courier service for delivery. Below is the summary of shipping rates per order:

    We are glad to provide Standard Shipping or air mail for all orders delivered to Mainland China. Below is the summary of shipping rates per order:

    Cosmetic products in liquid state, powder or compressed gas will possibly fail in airport security check as well. Orders which fail in airport security check will be delivered by using "Surface Mail" service subsequently and therefore may be subject to a certain delay on logistic re-arrangement.
    If order returned to us due to customer refuse to pay tax or unable to proceed import trade declarations, customer will be responsible for the returned shipping fee, resend shipping fee and /or 13% re-stocking fee for order cancellation.     ## Since some of the Customs in the European countries including, but not limit to, UK, France and Germany, etc may take a relatively longer time to inspect the parcels, the delivery time of some orders may take 4-8 weeks.

  5. Split Order
    If your order item(s) does not meet with the local regulation or requirement of the delivery country, e.g. weight or total order amount, Colourmix e-shop will automatically separate your order into several parcels and delivering in different dates to meet the requirement. You will also be notified all the tracking numbers by email.
  6. Shipping Notification
    We will send a Shipping Notification email to you after we have dispatched your order. The email contains the details of your shipment. If you want the tracking number, please contact us. If you do not receive the dispatch notification email, your email service provider or email software may have blocked our emails.
  7. Delivery Time
    Orders are processed soon after receipt to ensure that your items are shipped to you as soon as possible.
    These are estimated delivery times only and we will not be responsible for delays due to customs and/or duty regulations and procedures. Delivery times may vary, particularly during Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter and other holiday periods. Although Colourmix e-shop cannot guarantee delivery times, we do our best to process orders as soon as we receive them.
    Business Days: 9:30 am - 1:00 pm and 2:00pm to 6:30pm from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays within Hong Kong. Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are usually processed by the end of the next business day.
    Please note that for first time customer, the delivery time may be slightly longer due to the verification process with bank for payment authorization and security control reason. You may check your order status in "My Account".
